Project Ora is a whānau plan funded by Te Puni Kōkiri and implemented by the Hokonui Health and Social Services Trust.

Its goal is to provide this website, which will act as a tool-kit for all whānau. The overall aim is to increase home insulation information availability for Māori so as to increase the number of whānau homes with home insulation, particularly in the high need areas of Ōtautahi, Southland and the West Coast of the South Island.

Why should you worry about insulating your whare? For so many reasons! An insulated home is drier, warmer and creates a much healthier living space for you and your tamariki. Not only that but heat lost from your house is reduced which later saves you money when it comes
to paying your power bill.
